Preloved Orders are packed on weekends only and sent in the following week.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, and packaging before the item is dispatched.


Delivery Time

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier services.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or peak seasons.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Dis Mooi cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the following conditions apply.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned provided that:

• Preloved items may only be returned if Dis Mooi has made a sizing or description fault on the website and items differ from the website listing. We cannot take back items because they don’t fit. Please use the measurements in the item description to ensure items fit.

• The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order

Dis Mooi reserves the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Customers are encouraged to use a tracked courier service for returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A description of the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.


Refunds or Replacements

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, Dis Mooi will determine whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
